JoANNE DiNOVA

JoAnne DiNova (2001-2002) is Associate Professor in Professional Communication at Ryerson University in Toronto. Joanne DiNova’s areas of interest include Indigenous thought and literature, critical discourse analysis and sociolinguistics, as well as intercultural and riskcommunication. Her publications include Spiraling Webs of Relation: Movements Toward an Indigenist Criticism, published by Routledge in 2005. Her current research project involves a comparative analysis of English and Indigenous languages. Joanne is a member of the Couchiching First Nation.
